Bits and Pieces

Since I have been so bad at updating, here are some bits and pieces of what has been going on in our lives.

We bought a new tent with some of our tax return, and over Memorial Day weekend, we camped out in it for the first time. Michaela opened a window before bed, and so the girls' side of the tent got wet, but we still slept warmly and had a great time. Lily loved her first camping experience.

Lily cut her first tooth on May 30. She loves to drink out of big cups, and when she was drinking out of my glass here, I heard a clinking and found her first tooth! Way to go Lily!
I went to my neighbors' garage sale this past weekend and found this baby swing for a swingset! I haven't been able to find one, so I was really excited. Lily laughs and laughs while she swings!! Ok, this is starting to date back a little bit, but I wanted to show a cute picture of my little girlsat Easter. I found the hats at Target and made their dresses to match each other. They were so precious!

Here is Lily's face at her first taste of cereal. That was just the initial reaction, she wolfed it down after that! She is the best eater I have had!!
We had a girls night complete with painting toes pink! Funny thing is, those are daddy's toes in the middle!! He was sore from helping re-do my parents' roof, and couldn't move to stop me!!! HE hehehehehehe!
We got a trampoline, and the girls are loving it! One day, when it was actually warm, the girls got their swimming suits on and we put the sprinkler underneath. That was my favorite thing to do as a little girl!
Lily is a big cousin! Her little cousin Zach was born on May 23. Lily was so proud to hold him for the first time a few days later!!!
