On September 3, my little girl turned 7 years old!! It is so crazy to think she is so big! She has been such a fun little girl, who always loves to help mom and is a wonderful big sister! It was fun to celebrate with her all day! We "woke" her up (she'd been up for a while, too excited to sleep) and gave her her presents. She loved everything and was especially thrilled with the kid digital camera that she got. She loves to borrow mom's camera and take pictures, and now she can have her own! We got ready for the day, and then sent her off to school. The other 2 girls and I went into her class a little later that morning with cupcakes for Savannah's class. She wanted chocolate cupcakes with pink frosting and sprinkles. Some of the boys were not happy about the pink frosting, but they ate them anyway. After school we played and had a few visitors. We let her pick what she wanted for dinner and she chose McDonald's. Later that night we had cake and ice cream. I made her a cupcake-cake. It was one of the easiest and funnest cakes I've ever made! She loved it, and the strawberry ice cream to go with it! It was a great day. We love Savannah so much and are so proud of everything she is learning in school, and all she does for her family at home!!
