End of September-October Story Time

At Jennie’s, we read a story about a lost hat, and then got to make our own!  The kids had fun decorating and wearing their cute hats!!

At Julie’s, we read our first Halloween story, and then made darling scarecrow’s out of brown paper sacks.

At my house, I told a skeleton story, and then we made skeletons with Q-tips.

I also had a roll-the-dice skeleton game that the older two really liked.

I even made “bones” for our snack!!  (This story time has been brought to you by the letter S and Pinterest!)

At Jennie’s again, we read a quick Halloween story, and then got to make Halloween luminaries. 

We also enjoyed some ghost cupcakes,

And reading scary stories with our cousins!

We had one more story time on Halloween.  Julie Hosted, and after reading a Halloween story, we had a little party with some fun games.  We played pin the mouth on the Jack O Lantern, a pumpkin walk, and a pumpkin-head guessing game!  The kids had a great time and where pretty hilarious to watch!!

We had so much fun with all of our great story times!!
