We had a fun 24th of July this year. It started out with breakfast at Grandma & Grandpa Fergy's. Then we had a summer flip flop party, and decorated our flip flops. My girls loved doing this. They were really creative, and their flip flops turned out darling! Then we played in the water all afternoon. Always a favorite thing to do!! Aunt Amber did glitter toenails with my girls, and they thought that was so fancy! The 24th is also my brothers David & Cory's birthday, so we celebrated with them and had some cake and homemade ice cream!! It was a fun day. Daddy worked most of it, but got to join us at the very end of the day. We were too tired to even attempt to see fireworks, so it was an early bedtime for all! We ended up spending some time with Jason's family the next night with a BBQ. It's always fun to spend time with our families during holidays!!
