December has been a crazy month! Here is some of the fun that we have been up to!
I went downtown to see the lights with the laurels.
The very next night I went downtown again to see the lights with my family! Jared stayed at home with grandma.
We had a Young Women's Christmas Party, the Ward Adult Christmas Party and the Primary Christmas Party all in one week! Jason, Jared and I were asked to be Mary, Joseph and baby Jesus at the primary party. It was such a special experience. Jared was a perfect baby Jesus and smiled and goo-ed at the kids as they walked by. It was one of the best Primary activities I've been to!
We traveled up to Syracuse to meet our newest cousin Kye Madsen.
Here is Jared and Kye together! They are such studs!
Aunt Jennie invited us all to a gingerbread making party. The girls love a good excuse to get messy, and mommy loved the cookies! Yum!!
We went to Savannah's school Christmas sing. (This was the best picture I got when she was walking out. Some parents don't realize that there are other parents there who also want pictures of their kids.)
We enjoyed a fun afternoon/evening with the Ferguson's doing our annual Christmas Progressive dinner. We did a Mexican theme this year, and it was really fun!!
We lined up the 4 youngest cousins who were there and snapped some pictures! They are all so cute!!!
We put on a production of the nativity during the progressive dinner. I think we should hire out our acting/costume skills! It was a pretty dysfunctional nativity, but fun anyway!!
Mom and the girls went with Jennie and Pheobe to see the elves at Gardner Village. Lily loved them the most. She kept telling and asking me where more elves were!
We went to Savannah and Michaela's dance recital. Michaela did a tap and a ballet dance, and Savannah got to do jazz and clogging for the first time. They both did a wonderful job!!
