A couple of Sunday’s ago, we decided to take a drive up the canyon to see all of the pretty changing leaves. We all bundled up in the car and headed out!
(excuse the look on my face, I was concentrating…)
It was such a pretty drive and the kids loved it! We ended up going all the way up to Silver Lake. The kids all took off on the boardwalk. It was actually REALLY cold though, and we only let them walk for about 10 minutes before we headed back to the car.
The kids were shocked that there was snow up there.
Jared’s latest shoe obsession is these frog boots that are several sizes too big. I love this kid and his shoes!
On the way back down, we took some pictures by the pretty colors. It was such a nice relaxing Sunday drive!

I love Silver Lake, it is so pretty this time of year. And Lily's pose in that last picture just totally made my day. She is so stinking cute:)
