We have been having lots of fun adventures this month. We got to tend our Madsen cousins while their parents celebrated their anniversary. (our turn for payback is coming up soon!) I normally tend my other little niece Afton, 3 days a week, and so one of the days I had 8 kids ages 8, 5, 4, 2, 2, & 3 under one! It was pretty crazy, but it was so much fun! My kids loved having so many of their cousins around to play with. I think Emma, Zach and Kye had a pretty good time too!

On another day I was tending Afton, Discovery Gateway had a members only morning, so we brought her and grandma along with us, all got in free and had a great time playing! We pretty much had the place to ourselves which was AWESOME! Jared and Afton could play a lot too because their weren’t a ton of other kids around! It was a great morning!
Jason and Michaela went on a daddy-daughter date to Nickel Cade. He told me quite a few funny stories about her when they got home—like how she couldn’t ROLL the ball on skeeball, but would chuck it like a baseball every time. He decided after one round and her balls going everywhere, that they should probably not play that game anymore! She loved every minute of her date! It was fun for her to be with daddy, and she begs him just about every day now to take our whole family to Nickel Cade!
Life has been crazy, and I keep wondering if it will slow down, but when I am able to have so much fun with my little family, I think it’s worth all the crazy in the world!!
