We had a lot of fun doing all that we could before summer ended. We had a pool party at our cousins house.
Zach and Lily helped Aunt Amber pick her garden.
We had a few more adventures down at Discovery Gateway.
Daddy even joined in!
We played in the fountains.
My sister Amber told us about a fun activity she had done with her kids ~ breakfast in the park. We decided we wanted to do one too! The kids loved it! We had bagels & cream cheese, fruit & yogurt parfaits, and orange juice. It was so much fun, and the kids had a great time playing on the nearly deserted park!
Jared is normally a momma’s boy 100%, but one day Uncle Dave came over and Jared wanted him and only him! It was so cute! He would come to me, but then want Dave back and would give him squeezy hugs! Adorable!
The last Saturday before school started, we decided to have a family outing, and went to Kearns fitness center to play in all their pools. It was a windy day, but of course my kids were still as eager as ever to play in the water! It was a great last adventure before our summer came to a close.
What a crazy summer! I loved every minute I got to spent with my family! We played long and hard every day and had so many fun adventures together! I am already looking forward to next summer and the adventures we will have then!!
(Shawna, this picture is for you! See, Lily in her Sunglasses at night too!!)
Farewell summer!

Looks like so much fun! What a great idea to do breakfast in the park.. That has to be the best time because no one else is there. I think I might have to try that..
