It’s that time again, I have a two-year-old who is getting ready to start potty training! Wa-hoo!
I have had a chance to host quite a few House Parties in the past. When I was able to host a Pull-ups party, I was excited since it was PERFECT timing for my little guy and all of his cousins!
I had a lot of fun coming up with great potty party treats and games!
Do you see those mini potties?!? They are “plunger” suckers with a sugar dip in the toilet bowl!!! hahahaha!!! I absolutely love them!
I went super simple and kid-friendly with chocolate chip cookies for a snack.
We got a lot of fun stuff from Pull-ups.
Jared’s favorite thing was the cute little blow up guitar!
And finally, it was time for the party! We started with some coloring while I read a Potty book to the kids.
Then we played “hide the Potty” with a mini potty I had.
Our next game was a bean bag toss into the toilet seat!! (don’t worry, this is a brand new seat! After all of our lovely new toilets, we ended up with an extra seat. I really pulled this out of the plastic minutes before the party!)
Then we had a fun little craft. A cereal necklace!
The kids all enjoyed making and eating their fun necklaces!
Aren’t these kids so cute!!!!
Then we watched the video of “The Potty Dance”!! The kids all loved it and wanted to watch and dance over and over and over!
We were sad we were missing our cousin Kye, and a few other friends, but glad to have those who were there. Each of the kids got their own Pull-ups DVD pack, a Pop Rocks package, because “Potty Training Rocks!”, and one of the fun little sucker/plunger toilet candies!
Jared was REALLY into this party, and has been into the potty ever since! I finally decided to buckle down and get this kid potty trained, so that is our latest adventure! Hopefully he will catch on soon and we can be diaper free!!

I sooooo wished we lived closer!!! It looks like you had fun. I'll be absolutely jealous when he is trained ... That's on "my list" of things to do ... SOON!!!
