Toy Story ~ Disney on Ice

So my blog has kind of been a little bit the “Jared & Lily “ show lately.  I promise I have two other darling kids who I love and spend time with, I was just able to do quite a few things with my two little ones recently.

A couple months ago, these two came with me downtown to wait for over an hour in the bitter cold so we could give books to charity and in return get a free ticket to Disney on Ice: Toy Story!  I was sad that I couldn’t get tickets for all of us, but didn’t want to take the other girls out of school.  Their night was made special by getting to have a super fun night over at grandma’s! (and you KNOW they were spoiled over there!!)

So Jason and I headed out with our two littlest munchkins!  We met Grandpa Fergy at the doors and he scanned our tickets!

One of our favorite parts of going to any show or game is getting to see grandpa!

Then we went and found our seats.  We had quite a bit of time to kill, but had fun playing around on mom’s ipad and camera!

Then it was time for the show!  Lily and Jared both squealed with delight at each and every character who came out!  When “Andy” came out Lily said excitedly, “Andy is REAL mom!!”

I love this cute profile picture of the two of them!!  Their eyes were GLUED to the show!

During intermission, we headed out to get them a special treat.  Lily had watched all of the concession people walk around before the show, and knew she really wanted some cotton candy!  It came with this fun alien hat that Jared LOVED!!

He really loved trying it on mommy and daddy too!!

The 2nd half of the show was a little bit rough for our little guy.  He was really tired and started to get a little grumpy.  Lily was still completely fascinated, especially with Barbie! 

As all shows do, this one finally came to an end.  We had so much fun!
