A couple weekends ago, I got to go on a fun trip: to see my sister Ashley and her cute little baby Raquel! I flew out with mom, dad and Dave, and it was quite the crazy weekend!
We had fun adventures in the plane!
And then got to go meet cute little Raquel!
Mom hogged her most of the weekend!
It was kind of special traveling with mom and Dave. Dave was, well, DAVE.
And mom went a little nutty when we got to the hotel each night. Here, she and Dave are having a pillow fight.
On Sunday, we got to attend Raquel’s blessing, and also visit with some more family who drove down.
Julie, Amber,
Dennis, and Afton who was quite insistent that Raquel play dress-ups with her!
It was a wonderful day, and I am glad I was able to come down for it!
Little Raquel is such a sweet little girl!!
We spent a little more time with them on Monday, then had the adventure of flying home again after a huge delay and lots of waiting in the airport and people watching…
All in all, it was a super fun weekend! I am super grateful to Jason for being “Mr. Mom” all weekend and for letting me go down! Also, to my girls and little guy for being on their best behavior for daddy!!
We hope we get to see the Moreno’s again soon. Raquel’s Medico cousins are excited to meet her too!
