Of course, as everyone knows, City Creek Center is open downtown! We hadn’t gone down there yet, and one morning decided to go, and wrangled my mom to come along. I loaded Jared and Lily up and we started on our adventure. We absolutely loved the atmosphere down there! Jared and Lily loved the little pond and fish. I loved pretty much EVERYTHING!
We strolled along, and found our way to the splash park. It was a really warm day, and Lily loved running through the water. Jared was my timid one, who ran away from the water.
They both had a fun time putting their hands (and feet) in the fountain.
It was a great day to play in the sun!
Lily got pretty chilly once she was done running through the water. But she was still smiling!
We then went exploring some more. Jared and Lily loved the bridge over the street. We sat there and watched the cars drive under us for a while. We also got a little peak at the temple!
We then ate our yummy lunch, and watched Spiderman. At least, Jared thought it was Spiderman. There was a window washer on the side of one of the buildings, and Jared was entertained all through lunchtime watching him!!
We did wander through one or two stores, we weren’t really there to shop, but to explore. We finally ended up at the food court playground!!!!
We LOVE this cute playground! Both of my kids played For. E. Ver. on these cute Dinosaurs!
We had such a great time down at City Creek Center! I know we will be going back OFTEN!

I have been super excited to go check out city creek! I've heard that it is so fun. I guess I'll just have to try to get out to SLC before it gets too cold again. Thanks for giving me a peek!
You are brave. I will see City Creek vicariously for now...don't know why I'm so scared of venturing there but I'm glad there is some courage left in people like you.
