When our kids turn eight, we take them on a very special mommy-daddy date--to Desert Star Playhouse!! Since Michaela was turning 8 soon, we decided to take her to “My Big Fat Utah Christmas”. We gave her an invitation a couple days before, and she was giddy with excitement! The night of the show, we headed to the theater, and Michaela enjoyed taking in the fun atmosphere.
When we got inside, she enjoyed picking out which pizza she wanted, and even picking a fun drink!
We were sitting right behind the piano, and the guy playing was so cute to Michaela. He found out it was her first time, and that her birthday was the next week. He made sure she was included in the birthdays when that part of the program came, and also sang ONLY to her!
Michaela loved the show, and was laughing her hysterical laugh through most of it! We love this sweet girl so much, and loved the fun time we got to spend with her!
