We had another great GREEN day!! The girls reminded everyone to set out their shoe the night before. They love that those sneaky Leprechauns come in the night and leave them fun treats! When the older girls were talking about the Leprechauns coming, Lily got really excited and said “Oh!!! They’re gonna be so CUTE!”
They left us lots of fun treats in our shoes, and also more treats on the table!
You know it’s going to be a good day when you find CANDY outside of your bedroom door!!
I was tending my niece Afton, and she came dressed as a little Leprechaun. (I guess Lily was right, they are VERY cute!)
We then proceeded to turn everything we possibly could, GREEN.
GREEN eggs and ham. (the girls really want me to find a way to turn that ham green…)
GREEN milk
GREEN orange juice (Lily didn’t want to drink it because it looked so bad!)
GREEN tuna, GREEN juice, GREEN yogurt
GREEN soup
And last, but certainly not least, GREEN cupcakes with GREEN frosting for everyone to decorate themselves!!
They had a great time decorating and eating their creations! What a fun-filled day! Those sneaky Leprechauns had one more trick up their sleeves though. An i-pod for me!!! (ok, so it wasn’t really a Leprechaun, but an ADORABLE husband who won it from work and wanted to give it to me. Isn’t he sweet?!)
It was a great GREEN filled day! (I think I might have a few new tricks up my sleeves for next year…)
