House Party

I’ve been able to throw a few different “house party’s” by signing up on their website (www.houseparty.com).  They are a lot of fun!  The company sends free stuff to their hosts and I get to share it with family and friends!  Last Saturday, I got to host the Philadelphia Cooking Crème house party.  They sent wooden spoons, coupons, magnets, notepads, and recipe books for me to hand out.  I also got an oven mitt and a really nice new pan!

Since it was a food party, I also made everyone a ruffled dish towel.

I chose three recipes.  Creamy Bacon Fettuccine

004

Tomato Basil Pizza

003

and Chicken Enchiladas

005

They were all super yummy and definite repeats for our family!

Then we had to give away door prizes.

Jennie won the apron.

006

Shawna won the pump soap.  Brenda won the little clutch.

007

And my mommy won the broach.

There was kind of a small turnout, but that worked out nicely.  Everyone who came was a winner!!!  (and there was a lot of  yumm-o food left!!!!)  Thanks everyone who did come!  I had a lot of fun!

As always, wish I could've come! Also, I have only "applied" for one house party but didn't get it. I guess I'll need to try for more.

Those recipes look delicious! I have been applying to host houseparties for the last year and still I NEVER have been picked. What's your secret? I've been to a few though and they are quite fun. I wish I could attend yours ;).
