A few weekends ago, my sister agreed to watch our kids overnight for us so we could have a little getaway. It was a little before our Anniversary, but it still counts for the reason to celebrate!
We started our adventure downtown. It was a wonderfully overcast day, so I got a great picture of the temple.
Us and the temple however, was a little harder.
We then enjoyed a wonderful meal at The Roof!
It was so so so good!
Then we had a voucher for a night at The Anniversary Inn. We chose the Jackson Hole room since that is where we spent our Honeymoon.
It was our first stay at the Anniversary Inn, and we loved the themed room. It totally took us back to our anniversary.
I loved all the little touches that made it feel rustic. Even the toilet paper holder!!
And the shower was pretty awesome! I want one for our house!!
The breakfast was way yummy too.
Then we headed up to Park City and spent some time at the outlets. It was fun to be on a shopping trip together, WITHOUT kids!
We ended with lunch at our favorite, Café Rio. It was wonderful to spend some time alone.
When we picked up our kids, they were not very happy to see us, I guess cousins are way more fun than parents!
