I decided to run the Taylorsville Dayzz 5k again this year, and Savannah and Michaela both wanted to run it as well. We didn’t get to practice much, but they both did a really good job. Aunt Megan & Uncle Blake ran it as well, so we had a “runners picture”.

Jared had a great time sitting in “the grandpa chair” while he waited for all of the runners to come in.
Both of the girls did a really great job! It was a hot hot day, and they just kept going! Michaela was hilarious to run with!! She kept commenting on the birds in the field, ducks in the water, and any other random thing along the trail! What a silly little girl! I really had a good time running with them, even though we were not fast at all!
After our race, we decided to go to Trafalga with our pass of all passes since we hadn’t been there yet. The kids had so much fun and really loved it there! All of the kids went crazy for this Frog Hopper ride, but none as much as Jared! He LOVED this thing!! Even Jason went on a ride!
Michaela went right for the rock wall and could’ve stayed there for the rest of the day!! She LOVED climbing up and down. There were no lines, so all of the kids could just keep doing whatever they wanted over and over which was really nice!
Savannah spent some time on the rock wall too, and once she got the hang of it, loved it as well!
We had fun on all of the rides, and also enjoyed the go-carts!!
The kids also had fun on the plane ride! It was nice to spend a could of hours there together. We didn’t do the mini golf or laser tag, but will just have to make another trip down there to do them!
That night we headed over to the park for the fireworks! We decided to walk over, since parking is always so horrendous. It was a nice little walk over.
We had some fun playing around before the show started.
And we all enjoyed the show!!
I know this picture is a little weird, but it shows how cute Jared was with his glow sticks. He had to watch the show with them around his face like a window! Goofy kid!
All of our kids were troopers to walk home so late, and it was a great ending to a fabulous day!!
