One fun thing they do on cruise ships is turn down your bed each night and leave you a little towel animal. Of course, I loved them, would never kill them, and took many pictures of them! They definitely deserve their own post!
1st-Seal
2nd-Turtle
3rd-Dog
4th-Monkey!!
I really loved the monkey!! I think our nice steward knew that and actually left him hanging for the rest of the cruise!
5th-Elephant
Also super cute!!
Our two cute jungle animals.
One of the days, we watched “Water for Elephants” as a complimentary movie, and Jason wanted to pose our little elephant by the bottled water in the room so we would always remember that. Silly Jason!
6th-Sting Ray
7th-Walrus
On our last day on the ship, there was a towel folding class that we went to. Jason was SO excited!
First we learned how to make an elephant.
Then we made a little puppy dog.
Jason’s is melting….
Last, we made a momma seal…
And her baby seal. Jason was very proud that his seal was better than mine!
I took a few step by step pictures along the way so I could remember how to do these, but I haven’t actually tried since we’ve been home. Something about two birthdays and Christmas…. Anyway, it was a super fun thing to do together, and I think between the two of us we could definitely re-create them!
