A day in the life of Jared

It is so fun to have a little boy around.  He is such a fun little man FULL of personality! 

I always find him doing the funniest things.  I gave him a cookie and told him to sit down, this is where he found a little seat!  So cute!

I have so much fun watching him discover new things everyday.  I followed him around one day and caught quite a few fun moments of Jared being, well JARED!!

Jared LOVES the garbage truck, or any truck in general, but since the garbage truck is guaranteed to come once a week, it is a favorite of his to watch for!  He really loves when it is trash AND recycle day so we get to watch TWO trucks!! 

Jared is water crazy.  I KNOW this, and yet, sometimes I do silly things, like forget to empty the mopping water and Jared is so sweet to help me remember!  I love the suds on his face, and how flippin’ EXCITED he was even though he was in trouble!!  (This summer will be so fun and FULL of swimming!!)

We get to tend our cute cousin/niece Afton three days a week, and these two are such fun buddies!  They are always SO excited to see each other each morning, and spend the day following each other around.  (Okay, well maybe since Afton is slightly slower, she usually ends up following Jared around)

The TV was off, and Jared got a hold of the remote.  He just kept holding it out toward the TV thinking something would happen.  Eventually the little stinker figured out which button turned it on.

NAPTIME!  This little guy runs and runs until he wears himself out enough to sleep!  I love that he sleeps with his little bum in the air!  And ALWAYS with a blankie!!

After naps the crazy continued while he made messes with his milk.  After I washed the milk, he sweetly grabbed the towel and dried it up!  What an adorable kid!

We had a party later that day and he ran and ran and ran some more!

 

All that running is a good thing.  It tuckers him right out.  This has got to be my favorite sleeping picture EVER!!  Jared is a rocker.  He LOVES his rocking chair.  One night he rocked and rocked and rocked himself to sleep!  (He thinks they should make rocking beds!)

Good night Jared!  We love you!  We can’t wait to see the crazy fun you bring to our lives tomorrow!!
