Michaela has been asking Jason to please help her learn to ride a bike without training wheels. Finally, last week (when the weather was actually nice) he took her out.
He helped her get on and take a few turns around with him holding on.
He had to stop and point out the basics a few times. (like how to steer with those handles)
She took a few more spins with his help keeping her steady.
A few more pointers…
And away we go!
If we can figure out those pedal things anyway…
We had to take a few breaks…..for passing cars of course.
And then she was OFF!!
I love her look of concentration…
That slowly turns into a little smile…
And when she stops…
She CeLeBrAtEs!!!
Great job Michaela! Now we have to buy someone a new bike…
