PROM 2011

We have some awesome friends, The Whitney’s, who for the past few years have held an adult prom night.  This year, our invitation told the husbands to “formally” ask their wives.  As the night of the prom got closer and closer, I wondered if Jason would actually do something.  A few hours before we were going to leave, He came downstairs and told me to turn around.  He had a great big “Candy-Gram” for me!!!  It was so adorable!!  Of course, I said YES! (It turned out, that he was the ONLY husband who actually did something “creative”!  What a stud!)

We had fun getting all dressed up and heading over to their house where we ate yummy yummy food that Brenda had prepared for us.

We played some fun games, danced a little, and she even created a backdrop for our pictures!!  (Since I wore the same color as the backdrop, I kind of blended in though)

It was fun to hang out and visit with them.  There were 3 other couples who we were able to get to know and it was a fun night!!  We were even sent home with some fun favors!  Thanks Brenda!!  It’s an event we look forward to every year!
