So I have always wanted to try grilling pizza. It was a perfectly hot day, and I didn’t want to turn on my oven, so I convinced Jason to help me figure it out. Turns out, it is pretty simple, and pretty yummy!
We gathered all our stuff:
We used a pre-made crust, but want to try it again with homemade. We brushed it with oil and cooked it on both sides.
Removed it from the grill and added our toppings.
Put it back and cooked it until the cheese was nice and melty.
mmmmm….Yummy!
We asked the troops to give us their opinion.
They were all too busy eating!
I also LOVE eating outside, so the mess can STAY THERE! We went with a very basic pepperoni pizza, but are for sure going to try some different kinds soon!!
